Food Truck and Catering Services for Vermont Event Organizers

We help you find the perfect food vendor to complete your event.

We have access to a wide range of Vermont’s best culinary talent—from well-established food trucks and vendors to exciting new tents and pop-ups. Whether you're looking for classic food trucks, coffee carts, mobile bars, smoothie stations, or the best ice cream and creemee vendors in the state, we’ve got you covered.

Our specialty is matching you with the right food vendor.

We can provide a curated list and let you take it from there, or we can offer full-service support—helping plan, coordinate, and manage your food vendor lineup from start to finish.

How it works

Once we receive your inquiry, we’ll reach out to our network of over 200 Vermont food vendors, setting a deadline for their responses regarding availability, menus, and pricing. We’ll then send you a detailed list of vendors eager to be part of your event—just let us know how you’d like to move forward.

Our pricing is based on the complexity of your event and the level of support you need throughout the process.

“I never envisioned a mobile bar just rolling up to my wedding and pouring all of our favorite Vermont beers and cocktails. They even made a special cocktail in our honor!
